Key West Brewfest 2018 Put Some "Hops" In Our Step
/Every year, the country's - and the Florida Keys' - best craft breweries convene on the beach of Southernmost Resort for BrewFest.
We got a chance to try Florida Keys Brewing Company's Spearfish Amber, Waterfront Brewery's Crazy Lady, Reef Donkey, Truly Spiked and Sparkeling, Abita, Islamorada Beer Company, Cigar City, Magic Hat, Key West Sunset Ale, Biscayne Bay Brewinng Company, and many more.
VIP access was available from 3pm to 5pm, with General Admission from 5pm to 8pm.
We ran into some friends from throughout the island, some we had not seen in years (weird, right?....how is that possible on 8 square miles!?), and met some folks from out of town who were visiting the Keys for the first time (hello Brickhouse Properties owner from Lexington KY!).
The fun continues tomorrow and throughout the rest of Labor Day weekend here in Key West with brunch at the Perry Hotel, pool party at The Marker Resort, and Monday's Brewfest Bingo at the Green Parrot.
